Beach Meadows is a small community located in Queens County, on the southern shores of Nova Scotia's mainland, positioned more specifically on the western shores of Eagle Bay. Beach Meadows was settled in the late 18th century, by Joseph Woods. Beach Meadows is mostly a fishing village, but also plays a role in the agriculture industry. Beach Meadows is just 38.2 km (23.7 mi.) southwest of Lunenburg.

Beach Meadows is home to pristine sandy beaches, never crowded and always invigorating. As well, enjoying swimming in the ocean, kayaking and canoeing, beach combing, spotting both rare birds and numerous local animals such as seals, whales, foxes and rabbits. The Beach Meadows Beach Park has a gorgeous beach, and includes a picnic area, a boardwalk and more. The Meadow Lake Provincial Park is always an option as well, and features a beach, interpretive programs and picturesque scenery.
